A tech startup looking to develop products for the future of autonomous electric aircraft hired me as their CPO. I was responsible for every aspect of its digital product offering from initial research and customer profiling, through UX and strategic product design (UI and back-end specifications) to development, launch and advertising. I encouraged a culture of design simplicity; minimal copy, limited colour palette, easy choice architecture and respect for user attention i.e. simple interactions, minimal notifications and intuitive data visualisation.
