Contra is a platform built for independent creatives to showcase their work, connect with clients, and manage freelance projects—all in one place. To help scale user acquisition and engagement, Contra needed a seamless referral system that would reward creatives for inviting their clients to the platform.

The project involved designing a complete referral experience, including both the invite flow and a dynamic dashboard where users could track their progress. The system was built to be transparent and motivating, giving creatives clear visibility into how many referrals they had, what rewards they’d unlocked, and what actions they could take next to maximize their impact.
