Village is a platform built to help families, caregivers, and healthcare providers stay connected when managing complex pediatric care. The app brings everyone involved in a child’s care into one shared space, making it easier to communicate, coordinate, and keep track of important information.
Goal
The goal of the app was to simplify something that is often very complicated. Coordinating care between multiple people like doctors, nurses, caregivers, and family members. The product needed to feel calm, supportive, and easy to use for people who are often already under a lot of stress.
A big part of the challenge was designing an experience that could handle complex information while still feeling simple and approachable for families.
Design & Development
I designed the entire mobile app experience from the ground up. The focus was on creating a clear and intuitive structure so users can easily find what they need, whether it’s updates from care providers, shared notes, schedules, or important medical information.
The design language is intentionally soft and human. Friendly colors, clear typography, and simple layouts help make the app feel supportive rather than clinical. Every screen was designed with usability in mind so that both healthcare professionals and family members can navigate the app without friction.
