Project Overview

Loop Loyalty is a lightweight software development kit (SDK) for customer engagement and loyalty management. Using Loop, any online business owner can integrate a loyalty programme into their existing application, enabling growth and retention without having to spend money developing such a feature from the ground up.

The Challenge

Small businesses often encounter challenges in establishing and maintaining a sticky customer behavior, leading to low customer retention rates, and ultimately hindering their ability to achieve optimal growth. The lack of effective customer engagement strategies contributes to the failure of these businesses to reach their maximum potential. Therefore, there is a pressing need for a cost-effective and efficient solution that addresses this issue and empowers such businesses to enhance customer engagement levels.

What are people looking for?

Although, we weren’t able to recruit any users and conduct any user interviews because of the time constraints, I dove deeper into the problem on Reddit to identify the core problems.

Impact

Although our application is still relatively new, we have already seen promising results in terms of increased customer engagement. In the first three months alone, we’ve onboarded 4 clients already - Armaf, Greend, Kearo & Poppi and they have reported an average increase of 18% in customer engagement, which is a significant achievement.
