Development of React Native (iOS & Android) mobile app for a period and fertility tracker that allows its users to track mod, activities, and birth control methods.
My involvement in a project started at initiation and covered all stages of project lifecycle. My responsibilities involved but not limited to:
• Managed continuous improvement and delivery by cross-functional teams by coordinating communication and effort among product owners, development teams, and DevOps.
• Developed and maintained comprehensive artifacts, including project plans, quality metrics, and CAIR logs, to ensure implementation success.
• Facilitating business requirements elicitation and translating them into tangible tasks (epics & stories) for development and QA teams
• Coordinating QA and UAT testing activities across multiple teams
• Training and mentoring team members and supporting them in their tasks
