• Guiding Product Owner and Technical Leads to create an environment in which the team can increase productivity, quality, and predictability

• Helping Product Owner prioritizing and grooming the Product backlog to meet the objectives and maximize return on investment

• Facilitating and hosing all Scrum events and making sure that the meeting goals and agenda are achieved

• Managing risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies across the teams

• Eliminating roadblocks and creating focus on accomplishing goals
