Working as a project release manager across fix Scrum teams, managing code deployment from dev to production environment.

• Responsible for Release Management lifecycle which included scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases across enterprise for multiple applications across various portfolios

• Responsible for implementing and managing release processes from code through development, test, and production environments

• Managing risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality

• Managing relationship and coordinating work between different teams and locations in order to establish best practices

• Working with DevOps and InfoSec to improve the software engineering standards and practices associated with continuously building, deploying, and updating software and environments

• Leading and coordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists

• Established the Release Calendar with the Tech Leads and Product Owners resulting in a centralized lens into all Releases
