I quietly rolled out new branding and a website a few weeks ago. On the branding front, I only knew I wanted something fun and playful, with a ghost and LinkedIn's color palette. People told me that getting a logo on 99Designs was easy. So, I popped in a credit card overnight, and I suddenly had 500 designs. I am not at all design savvy, and I quickly got overwhelmed with the amount of choice. Thankfully, Lauren Holliday stepped in and saved the day. She's a full-stack marketer and has an excellent eye for design. She helped filter out the garbage and provide feedback to get better designs. In a week, we had the new logo you see below. Lauren also designed my new website (check out it below). Lauren took the raw material I provided and went deep on research in the LinkedIn founder brand trenches. She went through multiple iterations that kept getting better. She designed all the static graphics on the website and built the website using Elementor (WordPress design on steroids). She was quick and great about pushing back on things that didn't jive with the aesthetic or messaging. This was supposed to be a testimonial to kick off a website design business, but in a last-minute change of plans, a cool up-and-coming SaaS company made her an offer she couldn't refuse. She's a hustler and always has a few side projects brewing. So sand he can hook you up if you want to work with her. Also, if you are single in South Florida, she runs a dating service called Solo in SoFlo. Lauren is also a prolific writer and content marketer. I've known Brad Zomick, a SaaS leader at companies like Pipedrive and Degreed, since 2014. He recently went out on his own and founded his own organic LinkedIn agency, called Spectamur.

He needed a website to direct leads to from LinkedIn, and so he reached out to me.

Wrote his logo creative brief, weeded through 500+ designs on 99designs and recommended which logo to choose.

Wrote copy in Google Docs, with a focus on CRO and UX

Designed website in WordPress.org, using Elementor Pro + JupiterX theme

Made graphics in Canva Pro

Integrated Calendly for meeting requests

Setup ConvertKit forms and email list

Connected domain name and setup hosting with Hostinger
