ABOUT THE BRAND

Valpha—a Hong Kong-based brand specializing in high-quality diamond accessories—goes beyond fashion. Jewelry, for Valpha, is an expression of love towards loved ones, friends, family, and oneself. With its unisex design and exceptional quality, Valpha's accessories is your lifelong companions, embodying strength and beauty for both genders.

DESIGN CONCEPT

In proposal phase, we presented two directions: one edgier and strong with high contrast colors and angular details, and the other featuring a mix of fonts, pastel colors, and cursive details. After clarifying the target audience, we adjusted the visual direction by combining elements from both directions. The goal was to create a balance of softness and strength. We kept the logotype from the softer direction, added a signature turquoise color for contrast, and incorporated angular graphics to align with the client's vision.

PACKAGE DESIGN

We incorporated angular cut details into both the 2D and 3D designs of our packaging. For earrings and necklaces, we opted for a card inside a velvet pouch, both featuring angular cut details, to showcase the accessories. In the case of rings or gift-giving scenarios, we chose an accessory box with angular cuts on the corners to provide an elegant presentation. We have also designed the paper bags and shipping boxes to ensure a consistent branding experience, whether customers make their purchases directly or through online platforms.

SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN

To highlight the brand's original jewellery designs, the main focus of the brand's social media account will be on simple product photos that captures the details of these designs. To provide a visual context, occasional studio photography with models will showcase how the jewellery is worn. When it comes to announcements and written content, we make them stand out by using a solid background in the brand's signature color, ensuring the message is delivered with impact and clarity.
