The German Bundesbank publishes the total mortgage loan financing volume to private households

Write a script in Python that retrieves data from the API for the file “BBK01.SUD231“

Furthermore, the script should write the data to a relational database of your choice (e.g. PostgreSQL, locally hosted)

The script should be able to load the required data into the db upon first calling it. On further sequential calls, it should refresh the data in the database with the new / updated data in the API
