For this project, I worked closely with an LCSW to help her successfully start and manage her own private practice. My support began with guiding her through the insurance credentialing process, ensuring she was able to accept insurance and build a solid foundation for her business.

I then assisted in setting up streamlined workflow systems, including appointment scheduling, client intake, and billing processes, to improve efficiency and keep her operations running smoothly. Throughout the process, I provided ongoing administrative support by helping submit insurance claims and handling various back-office tasks, allowing her to focus more on client care.

With this comprehensive approach, I empowered the LCSW to confidently run her private practice with organized systems and reliable support, giving her more time to grow her business and serve her clients.
