Goloka focuses on creating a dynamic platform for data collection and analytics, enabling organizations to gather actionable insights while ensuring privacy and efficiency. As a product designer, I contributed to the platform's transformation by designing its landing page, contributors' and organizations' web and mobile apps, and the admin dashboard. Through user-centric design, I delivered intuitive interfaces, responsive layouts, and engaging visuals that effectively communicated the platform's features and value, driving user trust and engagement.

My design process was iterative and user-centered, beginning with research to understand the needs of contributors and organizations. This was followed by defining key user personas and crafting user flows that aligned with the platform's goals. Wireframes and prototypes were created to visualize the structure and interactions, which were tested with users for feedback. Insights gathered were used to refine the designs, ensuring an intuitive interface that simplifies data collection and analytics. The final design prioritized usability, responsiveness, and aesthetic appeal across devices.

In the discovery and research phase of the Goloka project, I conducted stakeholder interviews and user surveys to gain a deep understanding of the target audience's pain points, needs, and expectations. I also analyzed competitor platforms to identify industry trends and best practices. This research informed the creation of user personas and helped establish key design objectives. By gathering insights directly from users, I ensured that the design would address both user needs and business goals effectively.
