Danny Goldberg is an accomplished keynote speaker, but his brand was stuck in "motivational culture guy" territory. It was visually warm, but not commercially credible at the senior leadership and Fortune 500 level he was growing into. His positioning said care. But his buyers buy performance. The gap between the two was starting to limit his access to rooms, bureaus, and conversions.
We rebuilt everything: identity, website, and presentation collateral, engineered to position Danny as a workplace performance strategist trusted by organizations like Google, Pepsi, Marsh McLennan, and Rippling.
The new brand system supports 4 tailored keynote programs and a pre-event diagnostic process, giving event planners and HR leaders the confidence to book at higher price points.

Danny's existing brand guidelines, website, and collateral didn't reflect the strategic pivot he'd already made in his mind: from speaker to Workplace Performance Strategist. The old look undercut the new message. Every part of his visual identity from his speaker bureau kit, through to his website was portraying a version of Danny that no longer existed. And in the speaker market, perception is positioning.
To solve this mismatch between visual identity and positioning, we designed a full brand refresh built around a single strategic insight: care as the identity, performance is the promise. That meant translating Danny's evolved positioning into every visual and written touchpoint: new brand guidelines, a redesigned website structurally designed to lead with outcomes and capture interest, downloadable assets for planners and bureaus, and a content architecture that walks buyers from the problem they recognise to the system they need. The result: a brand that looks and sounds like the room Danny's already earned and sells him as an expert in his field, not a motivational speaker.
