I developed a robust communication plan for a multi-location camp, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across various programs and audiences. This included crafting tailored workflows for programs like school events, family camps, day camps, and specialized retreats. The plan incorporated automated and scheduled email communications, such as registration confirmations, event-specific updates, payment notifications, and follow-ups, each carefully designed to address audience needs. Every detail, from timeframes and email titles to triggers and purposes, was meticulously tracked to maintain alignment with organizational goals and ensure a seamless experience for participants and staff.
By leveraging tools like Mailchimp and other CRM systems, I streamlined communication processes, reducing manual effort and enhancing consistency. Each communication piece was crafted to maximize engagement, from immediate welcome emails to reminders for pending registrations and personalized event updates. Additionally, I provided templates, notes, and scheduling guidelines to support future scalability and adaptability. This comprehensive communication plan not only improved customer engagement and satisfaction but also served as a valuable resource for internal teams, providing a clear roadmap for executing communications across diverse locations and programs.
