Our work with any client starts the same exact way every time. In order to convert organic visitors successfully, it must start with identifying who the customer avatars are. The only reason I did not mention this crucial step in the cover letter, is because you seem to have a pretty clear idea of who the customers are.
Without early identification of the main customer avatars, online retailers miss critical engagement opportunities, have a lack of due-diligence in their marketing efforts, and waste crucial advertising dollars. Once this can be completed properly, your brand's messaging and tone of voice will be aligned with your customers preferences. Even more than that by collecting and recording demographic, social, and behavioral data, we will go even further to create a 360° holistic customer avatar for you.
