I explored six distinct visual identities for the Soszów Mountain Hut, demonstrating a flexible, research-driven branding process to capture the unique spirit of the Beskid Mountains.

1. The Challenge: Defining the Mountain Identity

The objective was to create a compelling, enduring visual identity for Soszów, a classic mountain hut located in the scenic Beskid Śląski range. The identity needed to be versatile for application across signage, merchandise, and digital platforms. The core challenge was balancing the hut's traditional heritage and rugged mountain environment with the need to attract modern tourists.

2. The Strategy: Research-Driven Concept Diversity

My process focused on deep regional research to identify core themes—the prominent Soszów peaks, local iconography, and the target audience demographics. The goal was to provide the client with a strategic spectrum of visual solutions, proving my range and flexibility.
I organized the development into three distinct design directions, from which I delivered six unique logo concepts:
Direction 1: Traditional Heritage & Authentic Experience
Direction 2: Modern Aesthetics & Clean Minimalism
Direction 3: Playful Adventure & Approachable Typography

3. The Concepts: A Spectrum of Solutions

Presenting six unique concepts allowed me to showcase my ability to adapt design language to multiple strategic goals.
A. Modern & Minimal (Concepts 1 & 2)
This direction focused on clean, geometric lines, contemporary typography, and abstract contour forms. The goal was to appeal to the high-end, modern tourist seeking sleek sophistication.
B. Illustrative & Traditional (Concepts 4 & 5)
This group utilized detailed engravings and classic silhouettes (hiker, cabin) combined with strong, rustic typography. These concepts targeted visitors who prioritize the heritage and rugged, authentic mountain experience.
C. Playful & Approachable (Concepts 3 & 6)
These options employed playful, hand-drawn typography and simple, friendly icons (abstract peak, backpack). They were designed to attract younger families, youth groups, and new hikers seeking a welcoming atmosphere.

4. The Value: Range and Flexibility

The core value delivered was a comprehensive demonstration of creative range and strategic thinking. I am adept at translating complex briefs—balancing tradition with modernity—into multiple, high-quality visual solutions. This ability ensures that the client receives a robust set of options, simplifying the design process and proving my versatility as a branding specialist.
