1. Design Process in Framer

The goal was to create a professional, modern website for Pitman Training Kenya that clearly communicated its wide range of training programs while offering an intuitive user experience.

a. Discovery & Strategy

We began by understanding Pitman’s audience—professionals and students seeking flexible, career-oriented training. Competitor analysis helped position the site to emphasize trust, flexibility, and global credibility.

b. Wireframing in Framer

Core pages (home, courses, diplomas, corporate training, contact) were structured with clear navigation and a logical user flow. Content hierarchy was defined to highlight services, testimonials, and lead capture points.

c. High-Fidelity Design

Built directly in Framer, the design used a clean layout, bold CTAs, a professional color palette, and tech-focused visuals. Interactive prototypes included transitions, hover effects, and user journey simulations to enhance usability.

d. Iteration

Feedback focused on improving CTA placement, simplifying navigation, and organizing course categories for faster access. Iterations were made directly in Framer for rapid testing and stakeholder approval.

2. Development Process in Framer

With the design already in Framer, development was seamless and efficient.

a. Project Setup

The site’s structure, navigation, and reusable components (buttons, headers, CTAs) were implemented using Framer’s layout tools, ensuring consistency and responsiveness.

b. Mobile Optimization

Using a mobile-first approach, the site was optimized for all screen sizes with adaptive layouts, ensuring readability and usability across devices.

c. Dynamic Content

Framer CMS enabled easy updates to course content, services, testimonials, and portfolios. Contact forms were integrated with backend systems for lead capture.

d. Interactivity & Animation

Interactive elements such as scroll-based animations, smooth transitions, and hover states were added to increase user engagement.

e. SEO & Performance

SEO-friendly URLs, meta tags, and compressed images were used to optimize speed and visibility. Performance testing ensured fast load times and cross-device compatibility.

f. Testing & Launch

Extensive testing across browsers and devices ensured full functionality. Post-launch, the client received CMS training and support for ongoing updates.

Final Outcome
