When Pitman Training Kenya approached me, their vision was clear: they wanted a fresh, modern website that reflected their evolving brand and made it easier for users to explore their career-focused training programs.

The goal wasn’t just a visual upgrade—it was about creating an intuitive, responsive, and engaging experience across all devices.

The project started in Figma, where the core UI and structure were designed. Once the client approved the look and feel, we moved straight into Framer—bringing the design to life with real interactions and smooth transitions.

Set up global styles (fonts, colors, spacing) to maintain consistency across all pages

Used Auto Layout and Stacks for dynamic, responsive design

Translated static mockups into real, interactive components

Each section was crafted to serve a clear purpose and guide the user journey:

Hero Section: Eye-catching background image, bold headline, and a clear CTA for immediate engagement

About Section: Clean typography and visuals that tell the brand story in a concise, compelling way

Courses & Services: A grid layout with hover effects to present offerings in a visual and interactive format

Contact Form: Simple, accessible, and integrated with backend validation for seamless lead capture

Using Framer’s powerful built-in tools, the site feels smooth and interactive:

Hover states on buttons, cards, and links provide subtle, responsive feedback

Smart Animate transitions create a fluid experience between page sections

The entire site was built with a mobile-first mindset, ensuring a consistent and polished experience on any device:

All interactions were tested for performance and usability across mobile and tablet devices

Images were optimized with Framer’s compression and lazy loading features
