All Leap Advisors are approved by the client. Clients get higher quality candidates and are able to at least replace one internal interview round from their hiring process which increases their speed-to-hire.

For startup clients we help with other roles outside of sales but we don't use the Advisor model as we're focused on building up our Advisor community within Go-to-Market leadership.
