Many startups need to stand up their Go-to-Market organizations super fast but many founders have limited personal experience in sales or customer success. Gary's company, Leap, helps startups by recruiting sales talent and paying industry leaders (Leap Advisors) to provide hiring managers and founders with impartial feedback before the interview process begins.
All Leap Advisors are approved by the client. Clients get higher quality candidates and are able to at least replace one internal interview round from their hiring process which increases their speed-to-hire.

Most clients come to Leap via referral. The immediate needs are always centered around sales recruiting and helping stand up the Go-to-Market team.
For startup clients we help with other roles outside of sales but we don't use the Advisor model as we're focused on building up our Advisor community within Go-to-Market leadership.
