Leap recruits sales talent and pays industry leaders (Leap Advisors) to provide hiring managers with impartial feedback before the interview process begins.
All Leap Advisors are approved by the client. Clients get higher quality candidates and are able to at least replace one internal interview round from their hiring process which increases their speed-to-hire.

Most clients come to Leap via referral. Leap's focus is centered around tech sales positions.
Today Leap works on a commission only basis similar to other recruiting firms so Enterprise companies don't have to waste time going through long procurement cycles to get Leap approved internally.
Leap Advisors are presented to the Enterprise client and must be approved before Leap begins sourcing and screening candidates.
