I managed customers projects from order, corrections to returns and refunds, i put client through on how thinks work and help them where ever they are confused
Marox design company needed efficient processing of customer orders and returns. I processed incoming orders, tracked the people working on the order, managed returns and refunds, and communicated with customers about the status of their orders and returns.
