Utilizing Crazy Egg and engaging with the Contact Center, I collaborated with a developer to revamp the paid landing page in Unbounce. Our goal was to reduce rage clicks, enhance the user experience, and boost the callback rate.
We created more well-defined sections, incorporating dynamic keyword insertion based on geographical locations, and relocated the form to the bottom. This adjustment was made because form submissions tend to have a lower chance of leading to a call response.
Result
The redesigned page achieved a 5% increase in conversions, while call volume (directly from phone calls) surged from 60% to 90%.
