How can we help travelers experience cultural essence authentically and effortlessly?

That led to Red Umbrellas, a project I designed for a tourism company offering cultural tours. The goal was to create a digital experience that connects with travelers and simplifies bookings

To understand users, I conducted qualitative and quantitative research, identifying expectations and pain points. Using market analysis, personas, and empathy maps, I mapped users’ journeys when planning and booking guided tours

These insights guided the ideation phase, where I applied MoSCoW to prioritize features and developed a Business Model Canvas aligning business goals with user needs. The result was a clean, coherent, and accessible design enabling bookings in few steps and delivering a smooth, human-centered experience
