UX Diagnostic and Flow Fix Project

1. Leaky funnels DOES NOT mean redesign, what I do is perform a 'Chaos Diagnostic' aka a heuristic audit to pinpoint structural flaw

2. DELIVERABLE: The Flow Fix Normally it's 1-2 major architectural leaks causing the highest drop-offs. Once that's identified, its WAY EASIER to get going in my 'Problem → Solution → Outcome Summary' technique.
