CAZCAL is a mexican licor, a fusion of coffee and Mezcal. The name "Cazcal" is a mix between cafe (coffee in spanish) and Mezcal.
Legend has it that when lightning fell on the agave,the first tatema was made and gave rise to the magical drink of heaven, Mezcal. Simultaneously, the coffee tree germinated from the ground to give fruit to the earth's aphrodisiac drink, coffee.
The cascabel snake was used in the Aztec culture as a symbol of lighting but also it was used as a representation of the soild.
Inspired by this I created the logo with the snake to represent the fusion between the sky and the solid, Coffee and mezcal.
Cazcal is a powerfull brand with a national, selective and defiant look. Cazcal transmits mexican flavors, mexican uniqueness.
