Order House: Designing for Both Brand Credibility and Operational Efficiency of Restaurants and Hospitality Brands

We designed a corporate website for Order House to clearly communicate a complex restaurant technology ecosystem in a way that feels structured, modern, and easy to explore.
The goal was to present multiple products and capabilities—from online ordering and kiosks to dispatch, loyalty, and centralized data—within one cohesive experience that works for enterprise-focused audiences.
Alongside the website, we also created a custom illustration system to make abstract features easier to understand and to give the brand a more distinctive visual language.

Demo opt-in form

We designed a multi-step demo request flow that breaks the process into simple, manageable steps, helping reduce friction and making enterprise lead capture feel lighter and more approachable.
A clear confirmation state reassures users that their request was submitted successfully and sets expectations for what happens next.

Custom navigation dropdown

We created a custom mega menu that helps users quickly understand Order House’s product ecosystem and navigate between solutions without feeling overwhelmed.

Product overview cards

A flexible product card system organizes key offerings into clear, scannable blocks, making it easier to communicate multiple services within one brand experience.
Custom illustration system—feature storytelling We designed custom illustrations to visualize product flows, integrations, payments, scheduling, and business performance in a more engaging and memorable way.
