Created and Developed a Project Management System in Asana for Yorkshire Publishing Company.
I took a system that used a literal whiteboard that could be wiped off at any moment, transferred it to Asana, and improved the process.
Worked with the President and CEO, General Manager, contractors, and authors to improve the project management process from acquisitions to the publication date and beyond.
Managed the publication process from start to launch of a manuscript. Managed relationships with stakeholders and authors. Created press releases and social media content for the publishing house.
Oversaw the development of tens of manuscripts from children’s stories, memoirs, novels, and poetry.
