Mental health app

We designed a cross-platform app focused on helping users manage stress by addressing both fight-or-flight and relaxation responses. The goal was to deliver an easy-to-use toolset for grounding and emotional stability during moments of stress.

Our design approach prioritized a therapeutic experience through smooth shapes and soft, calming colors that support emotional well-being while maintaining a modern, polished aesthetic.

We also developed a promotional landing page to showcase the app’s benefits and drive downloads. Special attention was given to mobile adaptation of the landing page, ensuring it effectively attracts, engages, and converts the target audience with an optimized, responsive layout.

Additionally, we designed a thoughtful onboarding experience to guide new users through their first interactions with the app raising usability and encouraging adoption from the start.

The result is a cohesive, user-friendly design package that empowers people to manage stress more effectively and builds trust through a calm, accessible experience across both app and web touchpoints.
