Prep Scholar website redesign and branding refresh

We redesigned the website and refreshed the branding for Prep Scholar, an affordable online SAT preparation platform scientifically tailored to students’ strengths and weaknesses. Our goal was not just a visual facelift, but a full product transformation focused on delivering clear, multiplied value to users preparing for university entrance exams.

From the start, we conducted collaborative workshops with the client to define key challenges and align on priorities. This allowed us to narrow the scope and focus on impactful improvements. Our process included comprehensive research and analysis, followed by wireframing, prototyping, and the creation of a detailed style guide and UI kit.

A top priority was developing a coherent and vibrant visual language that resonates with the platform’s young audience. Working closely with the development team, we validated ideas iteratively to efficiently refine the user experience. The wireframes and prototypes evolved through micro-iterations, culminating in a polished, bright, and colorful UI design.

Recognizing that 70% of users access the platform via mobile devices, we ensured a fully responsive design that delivers a smooth experience across all screen sizes.

The result was a fresh, engaging, and highly functional website that improved user engagement, enhanced brand perception, and provided an accessible learning platform optimized for both desktop and mobile users. This redesign helped Prep Scholar better connect with students and support their SAT preparation journey effectively.
