CHALLENGE
Flat amazon sales and plans for complete rebranding requiring the launch and build of a new Amazon seller account [ION] while sunsetting the established brand [Restore].
WORK
Amazon audit for 50+ listings, 3/6/9 month optimization plan across Account, SEO, and PPC. 12-month sunset plan for the existing brand and the launch plan for a new brand.
RESULTS
No loss in channel revenue from sunset and the launch of the new brand (est $3.6M risk)! Achieved a 26% increase in conversion, 39% decrease in ACOS while Increasing ad spend resulting In 75% growth in monthly YoY revenue ($550k+ per month) during this transition.
