Fuchs Real Estate is a Switzerland-based real estate company looking for a modern and distinctive brand identity that reflects its professional approach while bringing a fresh perspective to the industry.
The goal was to create a recognizable visual language that communicates trust, confidence, and personality, moving away from traditional real estate aesthetics while maintaining a strong connection to architecture and Swiss design principles.
The Solution
The creative direction started with the name itself. Fuchs, meaning fox in German, inspired a geometric symbol built from sharp, angular shapes that capture the animal's recognizable features while reflecting the precision and structure of modern architecture.
A vibrant orange brings energy and character to the identity, balanced by charcoal, white, and neutral tones. Clean, contemporary typography and geometric compositions create a consistent visual language that feels confident, professional, and approachable.
The design system extends naturally across stationery, printed materials, social media, signage, office environments, and brand guidelines.
The Result
A cohesive and versatile brand identity that gives Fuchs Real Estate a distinctive presence in the Swiss property market.
From the geometric fox symbol to the smallest brand applications, every element was designed to work together, creating a recognizable identity that balances simplicity, precision, and personality.
The result is a contemporary real estate brand with a clear visual direction, built to remain consistent across both physical and digital experiences.
