About the Project:
The project was to streamline production processes for Sarah, the founder of a handmade jewelry business. The goal was to manage increasing customer orders efficiently and reduce order delays.
Our Process / What We Did:
Created a tailored Kanban board in ClickUp to visualize Sarah’s production workflow with stages like “New Orders,” “In Production,” “Quality Check,” and “Shipped.”
Created a process manual detailing each step in Sarah's workflow, from inquiry to delivery, to ensure consistency and clarity for her team.
Conducted a training session to ensure Sarah and her team could confidently use the system.
Deliverables:
ClickUp/Asana/Notion/ Kanban board with customized workflows.
Automated reminders for critical deadlines.
Process manual highlighting the steps from inquiry to delivery. (Same tools or Google doc)
Comprehensive walkthrough for ease of use.
Results:
Sarah reported feeling less stressed and more productive.
