About the Project:

The project was to organize campaign tracking and improve team collaboration for Julia, the owner of a boutique marketing agency. The goal was to ensure smooth project execution and clear communication with clients.

Deliverables:

Process documentation in Google Docs detailing the client management workflow.
Customized client task tracker in ClickUp with task categories and deadlines.
Canva templates for static visuals and social media posts.
Training session and step-by-step guide on using ClickUp and Canva.

Our Process / What We Did:

Created a detailed process document in Google Docs outlining the client task management workflow, from task assignment to completion.
Developed a client task tracker customized for Julia’s needs using a Kanban board in ClickUp.
Set up automated deadline reminders to ensure no tasks were overlooked.
Supported Julia with asset creation by scheduling social media posts, designing static visuals, and drafting post descriptions in Canva.
Trained Julia and her team on how to use the new tools effectively for smoother collaboration.

Results:

Client satisfaction improved, with several clients commenting on the enhanced communication and professionalism.
