Embrace Hybrid Coaching (Instagram handle: @embracecoaching.ie) is a health & wellbeing brand / coaching service focused on hybrid coaching. Their coaching approach is designed for people wanting sustainable change rather than crash/diet culture: strength building, confidence, balanced lifestyles.

Followers: ~ 1,300
Average views per post/reel: 1,000-3,000
After :
Followers grew to ~ 220,000
Average views per reel: 50,000-70,000 (some up to 8 million views)

Strategy & Process

Here’s how I approached the work with Embrace Hybrid Coaching:
Audit & baseline
Reviewed their existing content (posts, reels, stories) to see what formats/themes were performing (reach, engagement).
Audited audience - demographics, interests, content consumption habits.
Goal‐setting
Defined clear KPIs: follower growth, reach/views per post & reel, engagement rate.
Aligned with brand goals: awareness, community building, conversions (coaching sign-ups maybe).
Content Strategy
Mix of “high reach” & “high value” content.
High reach: Reels, trends, UGC, shareable content.
High value: educational/tips, mindset, behind-the-scenes, client transformations.
Leveraged user-generated content and testimonials to boost credibility.
Posting Cadence & Formats
Frequent Reels / short video content to take advantage of platform algorithm favouring video.
Strategic use of Instagram / possibly TikTok (if applicable) for virality.
Consistency in branding style, voice, templates to build recognisability.
Optimization & Growth Tactics
Monitor metrics (views, engagement, retention) and double-down on content formats that overperform.
Adjust posting times based on when audience is most active.
Use hashtags / keywords / trending audio to increase reach.
Encourage UGC by engaging community to tag, share stories.
Feedback & Iteration
