I designed all core userflows: registration, onboarding, content reading, sharing, quoting, and subscription management. A key design challenge was the FurtherMORE cancellation flow — we wanted to maintain user retention through a thoughtfully designed discount offer, without feeling manipulative. The flow moves through a subscription summary, a usage impact page (showing what the user would lose), a one-time discount offer, and a clean cancellation confirmation if they still wanted to leave.
