Designed and implemented an event-driven automation system using n8n, OpenAI API, and webhook triggers. Built modular workflows to ingest lead data, perform GPT-based intent classification, and dynamically score entries using conditional logic nodes. Integrated REST APIs for CRM synchronization (Airtable/HubSpot) and implemented async processing for email notifications and Slack alerts. Applied error handling, retry logic, logging, and secure API key management to ensure reliability and scalability.
