Charm Build renovates premium homes and apartments across the UK, from design and fitting through to full interior and exterior implementation. The identity needed to carry the same standard as the work: precise, dependable, and quietly luxurious.

Create a visual identity for a construction and renovation company that would appeal to premium homeowners without losing the sense of practical expertise behind every project.

Construction brands often lean in one of two directions: purely functional or overly decorative. Charm Build needed both. The brand had to signal technical confidence and responsibility while feeling considered enough for high-end residential spaces.

The level became the central visual idea. It is a familiar tool of the trade and a direct symbol of accuracy, professionalism, and the promise to treat every job with care.

I built that idea into the logotype, then paired it with typography that feels assured and refined. Earthy colours reference the premium materials used across a renovation, giving the identity warmth without losing its architectural edge.

The finished system gives Charm Build a clear, premium presence across brand touchpoints and translates the same visual language into a website experience. It brings expertise, craft, and luxury into one consistent direction.
