Some brands are built for business.
Lunar was built for something else.
THE BRIEF
Two tattoo artists who are really good at what they do decided they wanted
more than a studio. They wanted a place. A community. Somewhere artists
and people passionate about tattoos could belong to something together.
They came to us when they realized their vision needed a voice.
Not just a logo, a brand that could carry the weight of what they were
building and attract the right people into it.
THE CHALLENGE
Branding a place is one thing. Branding a feeling is another.
Lunar wasn't just a tattoo salon. It was an idea. A dream.
A community that didn't exist yet but needed to feel real
before it opened its doors.
The challenge wasn't aesthetic. It was emotional.
How do you translate authenticity, craft and belonging
into a visual language without losing what makes it real?
Business cards.
THE SOLUTION
We listened. Really listened.
The way they talked about Lunar, the people they wanted to gather,
the atmosphere they were building, the art they were making,
it was all there. We just had to pay attention.
The moment everything clicked was in the presentation.
When they saw their story take shape, when the ideas they'd been
carrying became something they could see and touch, that was it.
They understood that a visual identity isn't decoration.
It's a vessel for everything you believe in.
THE RESULT
On opening night, the owners tattooed people all day
while Vlad Dobrescu handled the music.
By the end of the night, they decided to tattoo the logo on their own skin.
We don't know of a better testimonial than that.
Logo construction and grid.
Typography.
