Built an entire sourcing hub at Help Scout. The hub is a knowledge library and training to support the recruiting team in delivering better talent sourcing.
Having the right people on board is one of the most important things for a growing startup like Help Scout. The objective is to source and hire values-aligned, talented people through a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The first step in this process is talent sourcing. Talent sourcing is discovering a talent pool for a specific position or skill set. It’s the first step in the hiring process and is often overlooked or considered too time-consuming to spend time on.
