BBC Trailer - Boy Meets Girl

This is an example of a sync. I write allot of library or production music. This piece is from a whole album of about 14 tracks that an agency called Lemoncake Music published.

The album brief was alternative indie folk music and this particular track was influenced by the band American Authors, they had a huge hit at the time with 'Best Day Of My Life'.

The sync world is often looking to replace well known songs and tracks with much cheaper but sound alike tracks. It's likely the editor at the BBC was using Best day of My Life as a temp track but was told they don't have the budget to use that song, so possibly reached out to Lemoncake to find an alternative.
