Modernizing Patient & Provider Experiences with Medsift

Medsift is a healthcare platform designed for the Nigerian ecosystem. It connects patients, doctors, clinics, and pharmacies, allowing them to share information, manage care, and communicate more effectively.

Patients can build and privately share their medical profile, search for specialists, and track their care. On the provider side, doctors can collaborate on patient cases, manage appointments, and handle prescriptions — all in one place.

I designed the platform across web, mobile-responsive views, and a mobile app, plus the marketing website and a user guide manual to support onboarding.

Healthcare providers often work in isolation, and patients carry the burden of repeating their health stories. We needed to fix:
