Project: HPE Engage & Grow Mobile App Launch Campaign
Overview:
Led the design and development of launch marketing assets for the HPE Engage & Grow Mobile App, supporting its first public release on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The project involved translating product features into a cohesive set of launch materials used across multiple channels, ensuring consistency with HPE’s enterprise brand guidelines while clearly communicating the app’s value to partners.
The work supported the program’s go-to-market rollout by providing approved assets for newsletters, social media, portal banners, and in-app onboarding experiences.
Scope of Work
Designed and produced a full set of launch marketing assets for the HPE Engage & Grow mobile application.
Created App Store and Google Play screenshots highlighting key product features such as account dashboards, rewards redemption, community updates, and SKU search functionality.
Designed the app icon and splash screen, ensuring alignment with HPE’s visual identity and mobile platform guidelines.
Developed tutorial onboarding screens displayed within the app to guide first-time users through core functionality.
Designed two newsletter campaigns announcing the mobile app launch and encouraging adoption among partners.
Produced LinkedIn launch visuals to support social media promotion of the app.
Created web portal banners and promotional graphics for internal and partner platforms.
Worked closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure all assets followed the latest brand standards and approval processes before release.
Challenges
Ensuring consistent visual storytelling across multiple channels including app stores, email, social media, and internal portals.
Designing assets that clearly communicate the app’s functionality while staying within strict enterprise branding guidelines.
Adapting designs for multiple formats and aspect ratios required for App Store screenshots, social media posts, banners, and email layouts.
Translating complex partner program features, such as bonus point tracking, reward redemption, and SKU eligibility search, into clear and visually digestible graphics.
Coordinating with a broader marketing rollout where assets had to pass internal brand and marketing approvals before publication.
