My Role: I joined Unimel when they had zero social media presence and built their online community from the ground up. My role covered every layer of community management — owning the DM inbox and comment sections, monitoring consumer feedback, and making sure every interaction felt warm, professional, and on-brand.

I also worked closely with their influencer team, managing operations and communications for both paid and organic partnerships. And beyond community, I collaborated with the content team on strategy and creation — ensuring Unimel's brand voice and medical credibility stayed consistent across every piece of content.
