My role at Unimel involved managing and engaging with their online social communities. I handled DMs and comment sections, tracked and monitored consumer feedback, and supported the influencer team with operations and communications for both paid and non-paid partnerships. Additionally, I collaborated with the Content Team on content strategy and creation, ensuring that Unimel's brand voice and product information were consistently communicated. 🌿
