ATHAR: a photography experience, told in stories

Yahia Zakaria

Yahia Zakaria

ATHAR is an independent concept for a fictional wedding and celebration photography studio. The brief brings two needs together: make the work memorable, and make the first enquiry feel natural.

What I did

Art direction, UX and UI, Arabic and English content, motion, and a working responsive frontend.

Key decisions

Photographs are directed as stories rather than interchangeable thumbnails: a setting sets the mood, a gesture carries the emotion, and a detail brings you closer.
Visitors can go from any album straight to an enquiry. Learning about the studio stays optional.
The enquiry keeps the chosen story and runs in three stages: details, the day, and review. The draft survives step changes and language switching.

Credits

Independent concept. The studio, couples and stories are fictional. Photographs were generated with AI, and design and development were AI-assisted. The prototype prepares a request locally and does not send a message or confirm a booking. No interviews, conversion gains or business results are claimed.
