The Client
Xensam is an AI-powered Software Asset Management platform helping enterprises gain full visibility over their software ecosystem. From on-premise systems to cloud environments, Xensam enables IT teams to understand what they have, how it's used, and where money is being lost.
Despite having a strong product, their positioning didn’t fully reflect the value they deliver.
The Problem
Xensam’s messaging was too broad. It tried to speak to every enterprise, which made it harder for the right buyers to immediately understand why Xensam was the better choice. Key benefits like visibility, cost optimization and audit readiness were there, but not clearly framed or prioritized.
As a result, the product felt more complex and less differentiated than it actually is.
The Solution
We repositioned Xensam around a simple idea:
Making the invisible visible.
The new direction focuses on clarity, control and transparency, both in messaging and visual language. We introduced a refined narrative, sharper value propositions and a visual system inspired by layers, glass and data structures, reinforcing the idea of seeing through complexity.
The result is a brand that feels more precise, modern and aligned with the real value of the product.
