0 to 1 Healthcare App (mobile B2C)

I developed the mobile healthcare app Waya from 0 to 1: I lead the product development process of the app from product idea to go-to-market (first 300 users) by implementing a rigorous data- and user feedback based agile development process. The app was developed in close cooperation with a big pharmaceutical corporation.
