As freelance product manager at One Acre Fund, I supported the growth of the NGOs retail operations in Rwanda and Kenya. This included the evaluation of the existing supply chain, the point of sales system, designing and implementing improvements as well as supporting the implementation of an application for credit scoring and farming recommendations.
