App Evaluation & scale up (mobile B2B)

I completed an evaluation of a technical solution (app) that the end client has in place to support their sales operations in Sub-Saharan Africa. The app was developed as an MVP and I evaluated and proposed a way of how it can be taken to the next level: taking a closer look at the tech stack, the product-market fit, the benefits for the different user groups, potential scale-up in terms of features and functionalities and roll-out to other Sub-Saharan African countries.
