Global Scale Solutions creates technical solutions for (health) insurances. They provide insurances with apps that allow them to connect to their customers, facilitating the communication and exchange of documents between the insurance and the insured person.
As freelance product manager, one part of my responsibilities included the management of the ongoing development process (SCRUM process, managing releases and testing) of two insurance applications. On the other hand, I was tasked with defining and implementing the redesign of one of the apps (in close collaboration with a UX designer), supporting Global Scale with a KPI- and user-research driven approach to the new design and user flow.
