Designing a Premium Digital Experience for a Global Capital Matchmaking Firm
Overview
CÌAAN LLC is a global capital matchmaking firm that connects high-growth companies and investment funds with institutional investors worldwide. Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, with operations across New York, Miami, London, Singapore, and Dubai, CÌAAN combines deep capital markets expertise with enterprise-grade solutions to simplify the fundraising journey.
The objective of this project was to design a sophisticated digital platform that reflects CÌAAN's premium brand while making it easier for companies, funds, and investors to connect, collaborate, and manage fundraising opportunities through an intuitive and secure user experience.
The Challenge
Capital raising is a highly relationship-driven process involving multiple stakeholders, extensive documentation, compliance requirements, and ongoing communication. Existing workflows often relied on fragmented systems, making it difficult to maintain transparency and efficiently manage investor relationships.
The challenge was to design a platform that simplifies these complex workflows while reinforcing trust, credibility, and professionalism expected in the global financial industry.
