This client requested a 2024 Consumer Trends Report. I provided a thorough, in-depth analysis of the upcoming trends to be expected in the beverage industry. We found interesting perspectives from multiple generations of consumers, from AR/VR beverage events and samplings to an increased amount of Boomers who are utilizing online grocery ordering. Social media is a powerhouse in brand building in the beverage space, focusing on prizes and giveaways to promote launches and product visibility. Choosing proper channels and optimizing their efficiency was a key takeaway in this project.
